What are credits?

Credits are the currency you use on TrackPulse to track data. Instead of imposing arbitrary limitations for what you can track each month, we give you the power to decide for yourself.

For example if you have a ton of posts to track but you don’t need daily stats, you can set your report to only update once per week allowing you to save credits. Or maybe you don’t have that many posts to track so you setup daily tracking for 30 days in your report.

Different actions can consume different amounts of credits.

• Post: 1 credit per data pull
• Profile: 1 credit for profile, 1 credit per batch of 10 posts per data pull
• Sound: 1 credit per data pull

If you have a Video & Sound Report with 50 posts and 2 sounds setup for daily tracking, that report will consume 52 credits per day.

If you have a Profile Report with 1 profile and you pull the most recent 50 posts with daily tracking setup for those 50 posts, the initial pull and daily tracking will each consume 6 credits.
